We wrap our eggs carefully and send them priority mail. You can order them through our web store on Local Harvest or email us and we'll figure out a way for you to pay.
Prices:
- 1 Dozen Eggs : $9.00
- 2 Dozen Eggs: $17.00
If you order from Local Harvest, they will calculate shipping, which is based on you distance from us if you are within 1,500 miles and is the flat rate priority mail rate for distances beyond that (except Alaska and Hawaii, which are a lot more, which may explain why we don't get orders from there). If you order from us through our website, we'll figure your actual shipping charge for priority mail.
Duck Eggs
Our Pekin Ducks lay enormous, rich, and healthy eggs. As our loyal customers at the Staunton Farmers’ Market know, these tasty treats are perfect for baking (1 duck egg = 1½ chicken eggs) or frying up for an outstanding egg sandwich. Richer than chicken eggs, they are treat for the pickiest gourmand or hungriest bacon and egg breakfaster. They also allow those of you with chicken egg allergies to enjoy the fabulous taste of farm fresh eggs.
