Cashmere Goat and Icelandic Sheep Pelts

        Gorgeous lamb and kid pelts, luxurious fleeces atop and soft leather beneath, these are not the $19.99 numbers from Ikea.  The lamb pelts show off the dual coat of the Icelandic sheep – a soft under coat and a dramatic long over coat.  The cashmere pelts are also dual coated, with the famous cashmere underneath providing an impossibly soft grounding for the silky guard hairs.  The overall effect of the cashmere pelt is like mink (or at least what I assume mink must feel like, since a combination of economic circumstances and animal rights sympathies have kept me from ever being all that close to one).
